Combined Octaves and English Note Names

I could swear I remember making a thread about this but apparently I forgot, so here goes.

I think there should be an option in Key Labels and Note Labels for combined Octaves and English Note Names. Ideally all notes would have the octaves and English note names, so it would be like, A1 B1 C1 D1 E1 F1 G1 A2 B2 C2 D2 E2 F2 G2 A3 B3 C3 D3 E3 F3 G3 etc etc etc. If not all of the notes, then at least the C notes should have octaves.

I think this would really help for learning piano, because then you can know to associate a certain sound with the exact name of the note including the octave.
