It would be great to be able to export our rating and difficulty notes and save our songs and notes to, for example, in local or in our personal Google Drive or any other online account.
It would be really convenient, especially when playing across multiple devices.

Hmm, this is an interesting idea. That data is already readily available to the metadata editor. And that tool already supports storing both the rating and difficulty for songs in addition to being able to import from Synthesia's own data files.
All that would need to be added is a new entry in the import feature to also capture the rating & difficulty of songs. (For my own reference: that would mostly just be a change to the code in this file plus a new checkbox in both the Windows and Mac UI files.)
