My current setup is not working, can you help to confirm whether this is a known issue/bug?
- Keyboard: Roland FP-10 (88 keys, Bluetooth)
- Tablet: Lenovo P12 (12.7") with Android 13
- Software helper MIDI+BTLE
- Synthesia 10.9.5916 for Android
ISSUE: The keyboard connects to the tablet via Bluetooth, and it appears correctly in the "Music Input" list at Synthesia. However, it doesn't work beyond this.
For comparison, when I do the same using an iPad (9th generation), at the "Need help connecting your keyboard?" option I can see the FP-10 enabled and it plays just fine in Synthesia.

When describing problems, always mention your OS and game version (shown at the bottom of the title screen).
If your keyboard has USB or MIDI ports, there is a tremendously high chance (>99%) it will work with Synthesia. See what you'll need on the keyboards page.

Instead of connecting/pairing with the keyboard in the usual way, does it work if you use one of the "BLE-MIDI Connector" apps out there (like this free one)?
Once you establish a connection in that app and switching back to Synthesia, it should show up in the Music Input and Music Output lists on the Settings screen. (This assumes you have "Android M MIDI" selected for your Music Device Connection Method. The built-in USB driver doesn't work with BLE devices.)
