Playback lag issue

I’m on an iPad 7th Gen, when playing a song at 100%, about 2/3 through it slows down, meaning there is a lag time that makes it impossible to keep tempo. Suggestions? Thanks

Is this happening with all songs (including the built-in set)? Or is there a particular song where it's slowing down? (If so, if you're able, please send it to support@synthesiagame.com and I'll take a look.) When it slows down does the frame rate become choppy?
